Our Story

A Zimbabwean company built to develop Africa

Marra Global (Pvt) Ltd was founded with a clear and purposeful mission — to transform undeveloped land into well-serviced, compliant residential communities that give Zimbabweans a genuine stake in the future of their country.

We are young, innovative and professional. From the outset we committed to owning our own plant and machinery, building our own engineering capability and taking full responsibility for every project we undertake — from the first survey peg to the final certificate of compliance.

Today we are an active developer with 2,824 stands in development at our Mountain View Residential Development in Mutare — one of the largest active residential infrastructure projects in Manicaland. We operate with own construction teams, own equipment and a management structure built for transparency and delivery.

Our work extends beyond Zimbabwe into Zambia and Mozambique, and our ambition is to be the land, infrastructure and property developer of choice across the African continent.
