Mountain View is a 2,824-stand high-density residential development located in Mutare, Zimbabwe — one of the largest active residential infrastructure projects in Manicaland. The development sits in a naturally scenic corridor, framed by the mountains that give it its name.
Marra Global has invested significantly in the development's road, water and sewer infrastructure — with nearly 30km of internal road network planned across the full site. Two dedicated construction teams are operating simultaneously to accelerate delivery toward our December 2026 completion target.
Phase 1A, comprising 300 stands with roads, water and sewer fully installed, has had a Partial Certificate of Compliance submitted to the City of Mutare. Phase 1B is following closely with road surfacing currently underway. The full Dora Bridge crossing has been completed.
Built to municipal standards
Every element of the Mountain View infrastructure is designed, installed and tested to City of Mutare engineering specifications.
Nearly 30km of internal roads planned across the full development, with 6km+ already surfaced using bitumen and aggregate to municipal specification.
Over 700 stands connected to the water distribution network, with additional borehole capacity and integration into the Fern Valley Water Pipeline project.
Sewer lines installed to over 700 stands, feeding directly into the City of Mutare pipeline network and built to municipal compliance requirements.
The Dora Bridge crossing is fully completed — a permanent stone and concrete structure providing key access across the development's river crossing.

Your road to building your home
Once the Certificate of Compliance is issued by the City of Mutare, stand owners are legally authorised to commence residential construction. Here is where the development currently sits on that pathway.

Secure your stand with a 50% deposit (Phase 1A & 1B) or 30% deposit (remaining stands). USD pricing, multiple currencies accepted.
Once the Certificate of Compliance is issued, you are authorised to commence construction on your stand.
